Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days after you receive your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. However if the items are damaged, we will not accommodate the replacement. Refunding the items are based on our assessment, the refund will be given on the vendors disclosure, provided the customer can give creditable reasons for refund.

REFUND TIME FRAME

Every refund request will be investigate by our fulfillment department and it will takes 3 - 7 working days to process due to high volume of orders.

We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 78 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 14 working days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 30 days since product was delivered or there’s evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer or if the customer is abusing our return system.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:

· Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE shows that the items we sent was defected.

· Refund request without VIDEO will not be Entertain as we need the proof to claim it back from our suppliers.

· Refund process will takes up to 2 weeks progression for verification purpose.

· Shipping Fees will not be refund back to customers as we shipped the item out.

· Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defected item.

NO REFUNDS ONLY RESHIPMENT (INCASE ORDER IS SHIPPED BUT ITEM WAS NOT RECIEVED DUE TO UNKNOWN ERROR ON CARRIER PART OR THE CUSTOMER

We will only offer reshipment of the original order incase the item was lost in the delivery process or if the item was delivered to the customer but wasn’t received.

If you return the reshipped items, we will not refund them. For returning items, original shipment must be returned.

*Please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should be paid by the buyer.

Requirements for Returns:

· Must include a valid original purchase order number provided by americanazone.com All purchases made outside of americanazone.com must contact their seller regarding returns.)

· Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

· Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

· Images of the goods before being send.

Refunds will be issued after the returns are received.

Important Note Regarding Opening Disputes with Bank:

If a customer has opened a dispute with the bank and lost the dispute, and is returning the items in hopes of getting a refund. We will not honor the refund, since a dispute has been made to the bank.

If you won the dispute you can keep the items, returning them will not give you a refund.

Also, opening a dispute with the bank waives any support customers we will get from our end regarding refunds. It’s encouraged to use our dispute agents to remedy if you concern before going through the bank.
